Feel like the job market is a mess? You're not wrong. AI is reshaping whole industries, and AI companies are hiring well beyond engineering. Career Badger is here to help you make your move into one, with or without a technical background, or up to a bigger role where you are.
Career Badger is an AI career coach for people moving into AI companies, and for anyone stepping up. It works out where your experience fits in today's job market, including industries you haven't worked in yet, then turns it into clean, sharp CVs that get you more interviews.
Chat with the coach about where you've been and where you want to go. It connects the dots between the two.
Most career advice assumes you're staying in your lane. Job boards match you on titles you've already had. Recruiters screen for people who've done the exact job before. So if you're trying to break into an AI company without a technical background, your experience gets lost in translation.
And career advice has always been one of: good but expensive, free but generic or just plain wrong.
Career Badger's core features are free and always will be. There's a Plus plan for people deep in an active search who want unlimited CVs and Memory, and it's what keeps the free plan free.
We've kept these early versions of Career Badger deliberately focused. We're building towards helping with the whole move, not just the CV: applying faster, keeping track of every reply and interview, preparing for interviews and, once you've landed the role, growing in it. The aim is to keep as much as we can free, and everything else accessible and affordable to as many of you as possible.
Career Badger is built by two people.
